LETTER OF AGREEMENT
Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of
August 24, 1991, between The Connecticut State University American Association
of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut
State University, the parties recognize that the following list of credit hour
allocations for athletic coaches at Southern Connecticut State
University reflects an equitable and appropriate distribution of workload
credit per academic year.
