LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 23, 2002, between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that, consistent with credit hour assignments for other types of laboratory instruction in Article 10.2, one (1) class hour of computer laboratory instruction per week is equal to one (1) hour load credit per semester for each faculty member assigned to a section of Accounting 200 wherein all enrolled students and the instructor are required to attend one (1) scheduled class hour of laboratory per week in addition to three (3) class hours of lecture.
