LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 23, 2002, between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that each instructor involved in teaching Art 104--History of Western Art I and Art 105--History of Western Art II as large lecture courses with appropriate enrollment shall receive six (6) hours load credit each semester for team planning and lecturing and one (1) hour load credit for each discussion section taught. Appropriate enrollment is defined as follows: in the fall semester, at least 200 students; in the spring semesters an average fall/spring enrollment of a least 200 students. Minimum enrollment in each discussion section shall be forty (40) students. These enrollment limits may be waived by the written mutual consent of the department chair and the appropriate dean.
