LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 23, 2002, between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that each of the following courses in the Department of Counseling & School Psychology, because of extensive individualized student-professor interaction in clinical and/or field settings, shall receive the regularly assigned workload credit per course (i.e., three (3) hours load credit), but shall be limited to a maximum enrollment as indicated below:

Maximum enrollment: 12 students

Minimum enrollment: 9 students

for CSP 533, 534, 535, 536 -- Individual Assessment I, II, III, IV

CSP 631, 632, 633 -- Projective Techniques I, II, III

Maximum enrollment: 9 students

Minimum enrollment: 7 students

for CSP 537, 538 -- Field Work I, II

CSP 553 -- Practicum Seminar

CSP 652, 653 -- Internships

CSP 675, 676 -- Internship I, II

Maximum enrollment: 5 students

Minimum enrollment: 5 students

for CSP 552 -- Individual Supervision Practicum

These maximum numbers may be waived by the written mutual consent of the department chairperson and the appropriate dean.
