LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 23, 2002, between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that the intra-University student internship programs differ markedly from the internship programs governed by sideletter #02.04 with regard to faculty responsibilities; therefore, courses ENG 397 and FLA 397 shall receive workload credit at a rate of two-thirds (2/3) load hour credit for each student enrolled with a maximum of two (2) students per class section.
