LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 23, 2002 between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that whenever the enrollment of GEO 100--Man and His Environment exceeds two hundred (200) students, the instructor shall receive up to twelve (12) hours load credit. The Dean of the School of Arts & Sciences, upon the recommendation of the department chair, may grant up to six (6) additional credits above the six (6) hours load credit assigned for two hundred (200) students. Maximum enrollment shall not exceed two hundred ninety (290) students. These enrollment limits may be waived by the written mutual consent of the department chair and the appropriate dean.
