LETTER
OF AGREEMENT
Pursuant to Article 10.4 of
the Agreement of August 23, 2002, between The Connecticut State University
American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees
for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that the spokesperson
for librarians shall have a work schedule which allows seven (7) hours per
week to devote to the responsibilities of that position. During these hours, the library schedule
shall provide for other personnel to cover the spokesperson's regular duties,
so that the spokesperson may work elsewhere and/or without the demands of
his/her regular duties.
