LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 23, 2002, between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that PSY 552-553 -- Internship and Seminar I, II consists of a weekly three-hour seminar, field placement and field supervision. Faculty workload credit for this course shall be assigned as follows:

Seminar: 3 hours load credit.

Field Placement and One (1) hour load credit for

Supervision: each three (3) students.

Enrollment in any section of this seminar shall be within the range of eight (8) to sixteen (16) students. These enrollment limits may be waived by the written mutual consent of the department chairperson and the appropriate dean.
