LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 23, 2002, between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that, to ensure a meaningful academic experience in the one-credit, all-University requirement in health, PCH 100 -- Introduction to Wellness-- the following conditions shall apply to all PCH 100 sections with enrollments of 200 or more:

1. Each section will be awarded a baseline of two (2) faculty load credits, doubled to a total of four (4) load credits per section because of team teaching.

2. For sections of PCH 100 with enrollments exceeding 200, the faculty member shall receive one (1) load credit for every additional twenty-five (25) students.

3. For each section of PCH 100 exceeding 200 students, the coordinator shall receive one (1) hour load credit for coordination responsibilities.
