LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 23, 2002, between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that each section of RDG 659--Clinical Practice in Remedial Reading and RDG 661--Practicum in Remedial Reading because of equipment and facility limitations in addition to extensive individualized student-professor interaction, shall receive the regularly assigned workload credit (i.e., 3 hours load credit), but shall have an enrollment of no fewer than seven (7) and no more than ten (10) students.

These enrollment limits may be waived only by the mutual consent of the department chairperson and the appropriate dean.
