LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 23, 2002, between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that each section of practica courses, as listed below, in the Department of Special Education at Southern Connecticut State University, shall receive the regularly assigned workload credit (i.e., 3 hours load credit) but shall have enrollment limits as indicated:

SED 515, 519, 529, 539, No fewer than seven (7) and no more

549, 558, 559, 569 than nine (9) students

SED 250, Educateur sections No fewer than nine (9) and no more

of SED 315, 351, 451, 516, than twelve (12) students

560, 605

SED 316, 536 No fewer than twelve (12) and no more

than sixteen (16) students

SED 551 No fewer than fifteen (15) and no more

than eighteen (18) students

When multiple sections of any of these courses are run, the number of students enrolled in each section shall be the maximum, if possible.

These enrollment limits may be waived by the written mutual consent of the department chairperson and the appropriate dean.
