LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 23, 2002, between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that, because of the extensive individualized student/professor interaction, SWK 540, 542, 545, 547--Seminars in Advanced Practice in Social Work (Clinical Practice) at Southern Connecticut State University shall have a maximum enrollment limit of twelve (12) students.

SWK 376, 377, 378, 529, 532, 533, 534, 537--Social Work Practice (Clinical) shall have a maximum enrollment of eighteen (18) students.

These enrollment limits may be waived by the written mutual consent of the faculty member, the department chairperson and the appropriate dean.
