LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 23, 2002, between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties agree that each director of a major production or its equivalent in the Department of Theatre at Southern Connecticut State University shall receive six (6) hours load credit for each such production during the semester the production is presented.

It is further agreed that the set/costume designer and the technical director/lighting designer shall each receive four (4) hours load credit for each major production or its equivalent during the semester the production is presented.

It is further agreed that the supervisor of student directed one-act plays shall receive one (1) hour load credit during the semester when one-acts are presented.

It is further agreed that each faculty member supervising an Irene Ryan candidate shall receive, during the semester of the Irene Ryan competition, one-quarter (0.25) hour load credit per candidate supervised. No faculty member shall receive more than two (2) hours load credit per academic year for Irene Ryan supervision.
