The Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship (SLPCF):
Arrangements for completion of your SLPCF are made between you (the Clinical Fellow) and your SLPCF supervisor, external to Departmental interaction. Carefully read about the SLPCF requirements at the ASHA web site.
You will be expected to complete a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship that entails a mentoring relationship for the fellow and verification of 36 weeks of successful full-time employment (or its equivalent).
*Praxis II Note: The department strongly urges students who fail Praxis II to retake the test in the same academic year. For example, if you fail in the spring, retake the exam in the summer not the fall. The academic year runs from September 1st - August 1st.
