About eBill
eBill is Southern's official method for sending student account statements, replacing paper statements (or bills). Periodically the Bursar's Office will post new electronic student statements to the student's secure online account. When new statements are available, students and their designated authorized users receive email notification and can go online to view the current statement and make payment.
eBill offers a number of exciting features for students and their authorized account users, including:
Payments
Southern's eBill allows students and authorized users to make payment using credit card, debit card or make payment from their checking account online - eliminating the need for stamps and envelops.
eBills / Online Statements
Students and the users they authorize are able to login to eBill and view current and previous student account statements. Users are able to review current charges, fees, payments and any applicable credits (including future payemtns and financial aid) on their student account.
eChecks
Southern's eBill allows students and authorized users to make payments using eCheck. eCheck allows users to pay online without using a bank or credit card. Instead, users using their checking account to make payments online - eliminating the need for stamps and envelops.
eDeposits
This feature allows students and Authorized Users to pay their Admission Confirmation and Housing deposits online through eBill, using credit card, debit card or eCheck.
