What is eBill?
eBill (electronic billing) is an
online interface that enables
Southern students to view their
current and previous billing
statements and make electronic
payments over the web using credit
card and check. Southern's online
billing system is secure and all
payments are processed through the
TouchNet payment gateway, which
utilizes industry-leading security
standards.
In addition to viewing
statements
and paying bills online, ebill
allows students and the
authorized
users they designate to set up
monthly tuition payment plan,
establish payment profiles and ebill
also allows students to elect to
have their refunds processed
electronically into their personal
checking or savings account.
Is my personal and payment
information safe on eBill?
YES! Southern's online billing
system is hosted on a secure
web server and the personal profile
and payment information of students
and their authorized users is kept
secured using industry-leading
security features.

regarding Southern's eBill.
Do I need to sign up or register
to use eBill?
Students simply log into the
eBill system using their
Banner Web
Services username and password. Once
logged into eBill students can set
up their personal profile, including
saved payment profiles. Students can
also add
authorized users to their
account, giving those users the
ability to log in to eBill with the
authorized user's email address and
password (unique to the authorized
user). Authorized users can view
statements, make payments or select
a payment plan.
Who can use eBill?
The eBill service is available
to all Southern students and their
authorized users. Students may elect
to give access to their parents,
spouse, employer, etc. All
information is kept secure and
individual users cannot see or view
payment profiles or banking
information of other users. Students
also have the ability to limit what
information their authorized users
have access to.
When can I make a payment?
Anytime! eBill is available
online any time, 7 days a week.
