On behalf of the Exercise Science Department I want to take this opportunity to welcome you to Southern Connecticut State University. You are about to enter one of the most distinctive departments here at Southern. You will have the opportunity to choose from three program options: Athletic Training, Human Performance or Teacher Certification (Physical Education). We are proud of our programs and feel very strongly that they are both educationally sound and enjoyable.
