School Pictures Spring

For Spring 2006 graduate students who have been formally admitted to the university by the Dean of Graduate Studies are considered matriculated and eligible to register on a full-time basis (9-15 credits) or part-time basis (fewer than 9 credits). Students who register for 9 or more credits are charged the full-time graduate rate. Students who register for fewer than 9 credits are charged the part-time rate and must pay in full at the time of registration. Students are responsible for any tuition or fee increases thta occur before the first day of classes.

Students who have not been formally accepted by the Dean of Graduate Studies are considered non-matriculated and eligible to register for fewer than 9 credits. They are charged the per-credit rate. Non-matriculated students who are admitted to a graduate program at a later date may apply no more than 9 credits earned as a non-matriculant toward their graduate degree.

Students may register by logging into SCSU Web Services. using their ID number and personal identification number (PIN). Upon logging in, please click on the Student Services & Financial Aid heading, click on the Registration link, and then follow the on-screen instructions. Inactive or first-time non-matriculated students must come into the Registrar's Office to register, where they will be assigned PIN numbers so they can use our Web services.

Monday : 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m.*
* When a State holiday falls on Monday, the office will be open on the following Tuesday until 7:00 p.m..
