The Curriculum Committee is charged with the responsibility to "recommend to the Graduate Council operating procedures for the submission of new and revised courses, concentrations, certifications, dual degrees and programs; review proposals for new and revised courses, concentrations, certifications, dual degrees and programs and present recommendations to the Council; recommend curricular ideas and innovations to the Graduate Council." (Revised Rules of Order, 2005)

The Curriculum Committee meets at 12:00 PM each Monday before the schedule meeting of the Graduate Council. For the 2005-2006 academic year the meetings are held in EN B121A/B. The Curriculum Committee evaluates New Program Proposals/Revisions, Graduate Course Proposals, and Graduate Course Minor Revisions. The deadline for submissions is noted on the Graduate Course Proposal document. The committee has developed the new Dual Degree Policy and is currently developing the policy for Interdisciplinary Programs. The list of the members of the Curriculum Committee can be located in the 2005-2006 Graduate Council Committee Membership.
