Each graduate program shall have:
- Clearly stated program goals
- Clearly stated expected student outcomes and methods for measurement
- Specific entry and exit requirements
- Student advisement and tracking procedures
- Appropriate number of qualified faculty and students
- A consistently high level of instruction and assignments
- Adequate library resources for graduate study
- Adequate non-library resources for graduate study
- Evidence of faculty and student research, scholarship, and/or creative activity
- A climate of intellectual/professional curiosity and achievement
- A clear statement of students rights and responsibilities
- Regular and systematic alumni follow-up
- Periodic review and evaluation procedures
- An analysis of program strengths and weaknesses
- An action plan for the future
