The mission of the Graduate Studies is to articulate and promote
a vision of academic excellence for all post-baccalaureate
education at Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU)
through the highest quality of teaching, research and service.
The School of Graduate Studies is
propelled by 35 master's degree programs, 9 Sixth Year Professional
Diploma programs, 1 doctoral program, more than 250 members of the Graduate Faculty, more than 1,000 full-time
graduate students, and approximately 3,000 matriculated part-time graduate students.
The SCSU School of Graduate Studies has the largest graduate student enrollment
in the Connecticut State University (CSU) system and is among the largest in
enrollment in New England.
