Your library record in CONSULS
All SCSU library patrons have access to their own circulation records through CONSULS. Additionally, the library system allows patrons to request material from any of the CSU libraries and to access the electronic databases from off campus. Library patrons will first need to establish a PIN number in order to utilize fully the system.

The circulation records will show the following:

How to create a PIN (password)
Library patrons must establish a PIN number, similar to a bank password. For information about how to establish a PIN number, please refer to the library's home page at http://www.library.southernct.edu. All passwords are encoded to protect the confidentiality of library records. If a password is forgotten, please contact the Circulation Desk and the staff will delete the password. Once the password is deleted, library patrons must establish a new password to access these services.

Reporting a change of address
All notices will be sent to the library patron's local or permanent address. Please notify, as soon as possible, the library of any change of address.

Confidentiality
Buley Library will not release personal borrowing information to any individual or organization unless required by law or by University policy.
