Otherwise known as "SCSU Web Services," BannerWeb is actually the web-based front-end to the larger campus SCSU student information system known as Banner. However, for those members of the campus community who are not editing student information or entering grades (such as faculty or administrators), it is sufficient to outline only those portions of Banner accessible through BannerWeb. All students, both current and prospective, may access our offerings through this Web site by clicking the link to search the current course schedule. This is the most up-to-date listing of courses offered and includes the number of seats available for each class. You may search by subject, day, time, and whether the course is open or closed.

Continuing students may register by logging into the system using their ID number and personal identification number (PIN). Upon logging in, please click on the Student Services & Financial Aid heading, click on the Registration link, and then follow the on-screen instructions. Inactive or first-time students must come into the Registrar's Office to register, where they will be assigned PIN numbers so they can use our Web services.

Once registered, continuing students must pay for their courses over the Web using a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, or Discover). Southern's Banner Web Information Services sends and receives information (including your credit card number) safely and securely. (Note: You will see a lock icon in the toolbar of your browser, signifying a secure connection.) Students who do not pay for their registration will be dropped from their classes. Please follow the on-screen instructions to pay your bill.

All students can log into the system with their PIN and view their schedule in both graphical and detail form. As noted in the MySCSU section, registered courses will appear in all students' MySCSU calendar listing as well.

All students can log into the system with their PIN and view their final grades. Please refer to the calendar at the front of the current semester's course catalog for the dates that the grades will be available via the Web. If you need a printed copy of your grades for verification purposes, please request in writing by letter a copy of your transcript.
