
This experiment illustrates the relationship between time, velocity, and acceleration. Students will calculate the average velocity of an object, the instantaneous velocity of the object at distance d, and the acceleration of the object. The handout used is "Uniform and Accelerated Motion".

The two wooden blocks are used to raise the table end that touches the wall. Place one wooden block under each of the two table legs.
Make sure that the room has plenty of paper.
