Diversity Goals
In order to meet the commitment to diversity, several long term goals were drafted in the University Strategic plan:
1. Actively recruit, retain and support a diverse faculty, staff and student population.
2. Conduct a study of the institution's progress toward achieving diversity and equity in all aspects of the university community.
3. Increase resources for new and existing programs and activities to promote diversity in its various forms.
4. Expand the activities of the Multicultural Center to enhance the cross-cultural competence of all members of the campus community.
