The president has charged the University's DELC to determine the following:
 
A. What is the institutional climate for diversity from the perspective of faculty, staff and students? 


B. What are the barriers to enhancing diversity as determined by faculty, staff and students?


C. What are other institutions best practices and benchmarks that will assist the university in expanding its efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive community?
