The DELC has written permission from the Publications and Design Manager, American Association of State Colleges and Universities, to utilize the assessment framework based on the 2005 publication entitled "Now is the Time," from the joint task force on diversity, the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) and the National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges (NASULGC).
