Early Childhood Education Conference

Southern Connecticut State University, Norwalk Community College, Leila Day Nursery School, and Room to Grow Preschool present a conference on "Building Bridges Preschool to Kindergarten: Transition Practices That Work!"

The conference will feature a keynote address by Sharon Lynn Kagan, Ed.D., the Virginia and Leonard Marx Professor of Early Childhood and Family Policy, co-director of the National Center for Children and Families, and associate dean for policy at Teachers College, Columbia University, and professor adjunct at Yale University's Child Study Center.

There will also be an endnote address by Mary Lynn Budrawich, a longtime Connecticut Early Childhood advocate who is currently the Instructional Specialist for Early Childhood Education with the Norwalk Public Schools.
