Training
Southern Connecticut State University is responsible for maintaining a work environment free from harassment and discrimination. The University is further responsible for preventing and addressing complaints of conduct that rise to the level of unlawful harassment/discrimination based on state and federal laws. This includes, but is not limited to harassing or discriminating behaviors based on race, color, religious creed, sex, national origin, age disability, and sexual orientation.
To meet our obligations, we offer training to employees, and residential advisors in several categories:
* Sexual Harassment Prevention
* Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
