Brief Description of Duties/Responsibilities:
This is a 10-month tenure-track position available with possible summer employment. Responsibilities include graduate and undergraduate teaching, enhancement of interdisciplinary education and practice, participation in scholarly activities, and may include clinical supervision. Eligible candidates should have an interest in clinical practice, teaching and research in one or more of the following areas:
Augmentative/Alternative Communication, voice disorders, fluency disorders.
Required Qualifications:
Earned Ph.D. in Communication Disorders or related field; ABD candidates considered. If ABD, candidate must earn doctorate by end of first year of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP); Eligibility for Connecticut state licensure.
