Dear Colleagues,
 
The 2012 State of Connecticut Employee and Retiree annual Open Enrollment period will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2012 through Thursday, May 31, 2012.  During this period employees may:

•    Enroll in medical and/or dental plans if previously waived
•    Change medical and/or dental plans
•    Add or drop coverage for your eligible family members (adding of dependents will require additional documentation, i.e., marriage certificate, birth certificate etc.)
•    Enroll in HEP plan if previously waived.

Once you choose your medical and dental plans, you cannot make changes until the next enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying status change. 

An open enrollment fair is scheduled for Thursday May 17, 2012 in the Adanti Student Center Ballroom, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Additional information will be mailed to employees from the Office of the State Comptroller.  Please note that Enrollment forms will not be included with any materials sent to employees nor will carriers have enrollment forms available at the enrollment fair.   Employees electing or changing coverage may do so through the Office of Human Resources.
