Heart Health Fair

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States and currently affects people from all ages and backgrounds. Join the Southern community as we celebrate American Heart Health Month by getting to the "heart of the matter" regarding the prevalence and ways of preventing various cardiovascular diseases and conditions! Stop by to participate in free cholesterol and blood pressure screenings, BMI/body composition screenings as well as obtain useful heart health information, your own heart health kit, and a number of free giveaways. Nutritional snacks will be provided!
