The International Programs Speaker Series presents Kristian Nielsen and his discussion about "The Strategic Choice for Europe: EU-Russian Relations in the Eastern Neighborhood."
Kristian Nielsen is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Government and Politics at the University of Tartu, Estonia, and a visiting scholar at Western Connecticut State University. His research focuses on the foreign policies of the European Union and the relation between hard and soft power in international relations. Please join us for an interesting and timely discussion!
