Brief Description of Duties/Responsibilities:

The Department of Communication Disorders has two 10-month tenure-track positions available with possible summer employment. Responsibilities include graduate and undergraduate teaching, enhancement of interdisciplinary education and practice, participation in scholarly activities, service to the Department and University, and may include clinical supervision. Areas of specialization are open, but preference will be given to candidates whose teaching and research areas complement those of our current faculty.

Required Qualifications:

Earned Ph.D. in Communication Disorders or related field; ABD candidates considered. If ABD, candidate must earn doctorate by end of first year of appointment.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP); Eligibility for Connecticut state licensure.
