FACULTY SENATE

The Faculty Senate is the representative body of the faculty. Its primary function is to serve as the agency by which the faculty can actively participate in the governance and policy-making decisions of the University on the basis of the principle of shared authority.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ANNOUNCEMENT 

Applications are now being accepted for the Robert E. Jirsa Service award.  This $2500 award will be given to a full-time faculty member who has made extraordinary contributions and demonstrated outstanding leadership in his or her service to the university. Members of the faculty may be nominated by colleagues or self-nominated. Applications will be accepted through March 16, 2012.
