Mail Services
The function of SCSU's Mail Services Department is to provide the university community with a mailing distribution center that oversees all processes related to the timely processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing university mail.
The Mail Services Department performs delivery and pickup of intra-campus, United States Postal, and state courier mail twice daily from Tuesday through Friday. Due to the volume of accumulated mail, delivery and pickup are performed once daily on Mondays, as well as the next business day following a state holiday. Mail Services also facilitates business reply/courtesy reply and bulk mailings through the use of postal permits and contracted vendors, as well as assisting university departments in utilizing express mail services. The Mail Services Department is also available to provide assistance in the planning of university department mailing projects.
