Pre-made 10 and 15 Minute Workout Cards - NEW
Don't have a lot of time to workout but still want to stay in shape? With the Spring Semester starting, finding time to workout can be challenging for some people. Just because you don't have a full hour to come to the fitness center, doesn't mean you can get a great workout! Here at the fitness center we have pre-made workout cards for 10 and 20 minute workouts for varying fitness levels. Workout cards are located on the filing cabinet behind the elliptical machines for you to take and use. Enjoy!
