class Descriptions: Fall 09

FIT FUSION - Fit fusion classes are a brand new addition to our group exercise schedule. In these classes, you will experience 30 minutes of 2 different class formats!

30 MINUTE ABS-A quick class to work an important part of your body: your core! Strengthen and tone your abs and back as well as improving your stability! MAX 15 participants

HIP-HOP- A fun exciting dance-style class to today's best hip-hop hits. A great way to dance and sweat away your stress to a great workout! THIS CLASS IS OFFERED IN 6- WEEK SESSIONS. SEE STAFF TO REGISTER BETWEEN 9/8-9/15/09! Limited to first 15 registrants.

ON THE BALL - A great class centered around the stability and bosu balls designed to tone and firm your body!

THIGHS, BUTTS, & GUTS - Use this class to strengthen and tone the target areas of the lower body and abdominals in just 30 minutes.

BOOTCAMP CIRCUITS - Come prepared to work! This class promises to tone, strengthen, and sweat your way in a fun, boot-camp style environment!

CARDIO KICKBOX - An intense, fun, aerobic workout with simple   choreography, punches and kicks! Finish off with stretching and strengthening of abdominal muscles. Max 15 participants

CYCLE FIT- Indoor cycling sessions that vary in content/virtual terrain. Come with a full water bottle and ready to sweat! (Required) Towels recommended.   BEGINNERS- tell your instructor it's your first class to learn proper set up.

FLEX- Resistance training workout designed to improve muscular strength and endurance using weights, resistance bands, or the stability ball- maybe even use all 3!

SCULPT- Resistance training class designed to build muscular strength, sculpt, and tighten the body using a variety of equipment.

YOGA- Learn effective ways to integrate and balance your mind, body, and emotions while improving flexibility and strength.

VINYASA YOGA - A yoga class involving continuous movement through the postures. A sequential dance of breath, body and awareness that will release stress while building strength and stamina. Experience Recommended.

ZUMBA- "Ditch the workout and join the party!" Try out our newest class, a fitness program inspired by various Latin dance moves. No dance experience necessary!
