  • Body composition is a measurement of the percentage of body fat and lean weight a person's body contains. This may be obtained by several methods including the skin fold calipers, bioelectrical impedance analyzer, and circumference measurements.

This will help to determine the effectiveness of the program. These measurements help identify risks of particular diseases including, but not limited to Cardiovascular Heart Disease, Diabetes, Cancer, and Stroke.
