Guided Meditation sessions, 4:30-6:00pm , ASC 311
Join counseling services staff as they teach you how to meditate with a guided meditation and resources for you to start your own practice. 15-20 minute sessions run regularly starting at 4:30, so drop by for a session!

HANDS ONLY CPR TRAINING
Farnham Programming Space, 6:30pm
Learn how to save a life. This hands on session will teach you about the importance of CPR and AEDs (automated external defibrillators), when to use them, and allows you to practice the life saving skills used in CPR using only your hands. No mouth to mouth! This 30 minute training does NOT result in a certification! More details TBA.
