To make a payroll deduction pledge:

Simply print and fill out the Payroll Deduction Form (PDF) located here.

Send it via interoffice mail to Jaime Toth, Development Office, Wintergreen 108H. Your deductions will then begin with the first paycheck after your paperwork is processed.

To make a gift by check:

Print and complete the Employee Contribution Form (PDF) located here.
