Graduate Commencement 2012
Please fill out the form below if you are planning to participate in the May 2012 Graduate Commencement. This form is to participate in the ceremony and must be submitted by March 2, 2012. Also note that you MUST file an Application for Degree Form in order to obtain your degree and to participate in the ceremony. The deadlines for completing the Application for Degree Form are as follows:
