Registration
Graduate students formally admitted to the university by the Dean of
Graduate Studies for Spring 2006 are considered matriculated and can
register for full-time (9-15 credits) or part-time (fewer than 9
credits) enrollment. Students who register for 9 or more credits are
charged the full-time graduate rate. Students who register for fewer
than 9 credits are charged the part-time rate and must pay in full at
the time of registration. All students are responsible for tuition or
fee increases that occur before the first day of classes.
Students not formally accepted by the Dean of Graduate Studies are
considered non-matriculated and may only register for 9 credits or
fewer. They are charged the per-credit rate. Non-matriculated students
admitted to a graduate program at a later date may use only 9 of the
credits earned as a non-matriculate toward their graduate degree.
Inactive or first-time, non-matriculated students must come into the
Registrar's Office to register, where they will be assigned PIN numbers
so they can use our Web services.
For more information about registration please call the Registrar's Office at (203) 392-5301.
