SPECIAL DIETARY CONSIDERATIONS
If you have been seen at
Health Services for a special dietary need and you are on a special diet, you may call Mr. Juan Dominguez, the Director
of Operations for Chartwell's, to request
your dietary preferences (needs) for each meal.
The request time table is as follows:
- Breakfast requests no later than 7am
- Lunch requests no later than 10am
- Dinner requests
no later than 4pm
