[NOTE: Due to the current budget situation, some electives may be offered less often or be subject to increased minimum enrollments.

 

I. Rotation Plan of Undergraduate ILS Courses
for the B.S. in Information Management and Services Program

30 credits: (9 required, 21 electives) are required for the ILS Major
18 credits: (3 required, 15 electives) are required for the ILS Minor

B.S. in ILS Required course for both Major and Minor:

II.  Rotation Plan for the Graduate ILS Courses
For the Master of Library Science (MLS), School Library Media Specialist certification, and Sixth Year Diploma Programs

•    The MLS degree program requires 36 credits, including 6 required courses (18 credits) and six electives (18 credits).

•    The School Media certification program requires the MLS degree as a pre- or co-requisite, 30 graduate credits in ILS, including 5 required courses (15 credits), and up to six professional education courses (up to 18 credits).

•    The Sixth Year Diploma program requires 30 credits, including 2 required courses (6 credits) and eight electives (24 credits).
