our mission

fall campus sceneThe mission of the Interfaith Office is to nourish opportunities on the Southern Connecticut State University campus for the spiritual and religious growth and faith formation and exploration for students, faculty, and staff.

Currently the Interfaith Office is staffed by Jim Furlong of the Archdiocese of Hartford.  The Interfaith Office recognizes the many faith traditions represented on campus and seeks to provide hospitality to all.

There is a reservable meditation room on the second floor of the Student Center for more information visit the main office in room 325.
