HOW TO OBTAIN a student visa

Ø       Make an appointment with the U.S. embassy or consulate in your country. To check visa wait times for interview appointments and processing, please visit the U.S. Department of State website here.

Ø       Make a payment to SEVIS here and print the receipt.

Ø       Gather all documents for visa appointment, including acceptance letter from Southern Connecticut State University, I-20, financial statement and SEVIS fee receipt.
