In Fall 2008, transfer enrollment climbed to the second highest level in the last 10 years. Community college students comprise about 40% of the transfer application population; overall, 92% of transfer applicants are from Connecticut.

Each Fall, we are asked to provide a comprehensive report on enrollment trends to the Connecticut Board of Regents for Higher Education (formerly known as the Board of Trustees, now reorganized to include the Connecticut State Universities, Connecticut Community Colleges, and Charter Oak State College). These analyses include information about admissions, registration, financial aid, retention, and graduation. Please note that as of Fall 2009, the reports were consolidated into one CSU report.
