Born in Brooklyn, NY, the youngest of six children, Joan came to Connecticut with her husband twenty years ago. While working for the state and raising her four children, she attended a creative arts workshop. This became the catalyst for her doll making. Today Joan shares her love of dolls and her creativity through her own doll making workshops. In turn, she hopes to inspire others to find and nature their passions.
