"READY OR NOT, CONNECTICUT, THE MILLENNIAL generation is HERE!...
...AND THE GEN EDGERS AREN'T FAR BEHIND."
The Millennial Generation -- those born roughly between 1982 and 1995 (some say it extends to those born up to 2000) -- may be the most analyzed in American history.
Those born from 1996 and later are often considered to be part of the post-Millennial Generation, sometimes referred to as Generation Edge, Generation Z, Net Gen and Next Gen.

Kim Lear (right), expert on generational differences and trends. A Millennial herself, she is a researcher, writer and speaker for BridgeWorks, a Minnesota-based company that seeks to bridge generation gaps.

The audience is invited to ask questions of our keynote speaker and our focus group members.
• How do Millennials differ from Gen Xers, Baby Boomers and those in the Silent Generation?
• How do Millennials interact with those from other generations in the workplace, classroom and in society, in general?
• What are the early trends/characteristics of Generation Edge?
• What effect are social media, cell phones and other technology having on the interpersonal/communication skills of both of these younger generations?
The event is free and open to the public.
